Welcome, Trisha!

After months of relative inactivity, I’ve finally received an application from an artist to join the Guild!  This is Trisha Gupta, who describes her work as follows:

“Trisha Gupta Studio is a teaching school that focuses on teaching Indian traditional block carving and Indian textile art. Block printing is a Indian heritage process that is used to create saris. Making dyes from plants to create textile art is an age long sustainable and completely green process. At the studio, students will experience Rajasthan India by participating in this process. I host workshops and weekly classes. I also teach painting and drawing.”
